Flooring Repair

I have used Phill for years to do work on two of my homes. He is a very fair and trustworthy guy!

After a few heavy storms, we noticed a couple of leaks and decided it was time to get the roof checked. Philip's Home Improvements and Renovations made the whole experience stress-free. They explained everything clearly, completed the work on time, and now we feel much more confident every time the weather turns.

We had Phillips home improvements come out and frame out and install a bathroom in our downstairs. It looks amazing we couldn't be happier. He was always on time and very respectful he even covered our living room floor so he didnt track dirt through our house. Would highly recommend

Phil came and fixed a rotting door frame at my shop. After removal of the old and install with the new. I have comfort in my door now shutting properly and my shop secured again. Definitely recommend 👌

Phillip is courteous,Efficient and Has reasonable rates. He takes the time to talk with his potential clients and listens to what they have to say and ask, if he does not know the answer he will find out for you and get back to you with it. I would definitely use phillips home improvement again.

Lots of good things to say about Phil. I needed to repair a leaky roof quickly, before the next storm. Phillip's Home Improvements and Renovations came to the rescue. I ended up needing a new roof. Thankfully, Phil was able to help me with that. He was prompt, courteous, and right on budget. The job was finished on time and he made sure to clean up any nails, scrap shingles and trash before he left. I will be calling on him to build a catio and replace two windows for me in July. Customer service at it's best. Thank you, Phil!

Our roof was in need of repair. After my failed bathroom toilet repair, my wife wouldn’t allow me to attempt to conquer it on my own. She said she was joking when she said, “I forgot to pay the life insurance policy,” when I asked her why, but for some reason I doubt that she was. She kept going on and on about how I was cheap and that I caused more than double in damages “with the toilet incident,” than what it should’ve cost if I would’ve just called in some professional help from the beginning. After I picked my pride up off the floor, I decided to call in Phillip’s Home Improvements to fix that leaking roof. After it was all said and done, I’d hate to admit that the wife was probably right. The price was very reasonable, definitely cheaper than paying the yearly deductible for my medical expenses.

Excellent work with reasonable price. Would recommend this company to all of my neighbors and friends. Definitely would give a call back if I needed something else done.

Phillip's Home Improvements and Renovations were very reasonable with their pricing. My mother decided to choose them to paint her home downstairs. They did an amazing job in a reasonable amount of time. They did a great job of cleaning up as well. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.
